All the parts that go into your computer are warranted at a minimum of three years from the factory.  I guarantee it will exceed your requirements from Cad to Graphics.  I only charge a flat rate from $100.00 to $150.00 to configure, order, assemble and test. 
You only pay the actual cost of the parts.  
As a consultant I only charge for my labor.
